1. Introduction

Welcome to SnapWebhook ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our webhook debugging and inspection service (the "Service") operated by SnapWebhook Inc.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Definitions

"Account" means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
"Company" (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") means SnapWebhook Inc.
"Content" refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to or otherwise made available by you, regardless of the form.
"Service" refers to the SnapWebhook webhook debugging and inspection platform.
"User" or "you" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.

3. Account & Access

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service for lawful purposes only. You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service:

To transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
To impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
To use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or to violate any laws
To transmit viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive nature

4.3 Rate Limits

Use of the Service is subject to rate limits as described in your plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of access or upgrade requirements.

5. Data Handling

5.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all webhook data, configurations, and content you submit to the Service. We will only access your data as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

5.2 Data Retention

Webhook request data is retained according to your plan's retention policy. After the retention period expires, data will be permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time during the retention period.

5.3 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance that may affect service availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SnapWebhook Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapWebhook Inc. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
